Hi there! My name is Munir and I am a licensed mental health counselor who teaches relaxation skills to help regulate anxiety and reduce stress. My expertise is in anxiety, stress, and mindfulness based interventions. I teach a number of skills including: progressive relaxation training, deep breathing, autogenic training, guided imagery, biofeedback, and mindfulness based stress reduction.

I believe every person has the ability to create a healthy and meaningful life. Maybe you have never tried therapy and are hesitant to take that first step.
