Nasreen Shah, PHD

Psychologist. Educator. Consultant.

Hi there! My name is Nasreen and I am a licensed Psychologist and educator in Washington state. I identify as a second generation, east-Indian, Muslim American, woman of color. Every person has their own story, a narrative shaped through their collective identities. My clinical approach incorporates research on identity work, and intersectionality to help you understand how your identities shape your lived experience and how we can use your identities as a strength in your life. I provide counseling services to people of all ages, backgrounds, and with diverse presenting concerns. I am passionate about cultivating mental wellness into daily life and teaching my clients how to reach their goals and create a rich and rewarding life experience. My expertise on identity work combined with ACT creates a fun, engaging, and dynamic approach to support clients to re-engage in life, build motivation, take risks, and live to their potential. Wherever you are in this moment, I am excited to be a part of your journey and help you connect with your authentic self.
